This Storage Policy outlines the procedures, responsibilities, and liability terms for vehicles stored at Savchuuk P.V LLC facilities.
Intake
Each vehicle is inspected and documented at intake. Existing conditions are noted and shared with the customer for transparency.
Monitoring
Storage facilities are surveillance-monitored with controlled access. Long-term storage includes scheduled condition checks based on the selected tier.
Customer access
Customers may schedule access or retrieval with reasonable advance notice — typically 24 to 48 hours. After-hours access may be arranged depending on availability.
Liability
Our storage operations are covered by facility insurance for documented events occurring within our premises. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, mechanical issues unrelated to storage, or items left inside the vehicle.
Personal items
Customers are encouraged to remove personal valuables prior to storage. Items left in vehicles are not insured by our policy.
Billing
Daily, weekly, and monthly storage is billed transparently per the published rate or quote. Customers receive itemized invoicing for every billing period.
Termination
Either party may terminate the storage arrangement with reasonable notice. Outstanding balances must be settled prior to vehicle release.
