We aim to provide clear, transparent billing for every customer. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Cancellations
Transport service cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may incur a dispatch coordination fee.
Storage cancellations
Storage may be canceled at any time. Customers will be billed only for the days the vehicle was stored, with retrieval scheduling coordinated in advance.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. ACH refunds may take additional time depending on the receiving bank.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at Info@savchuuk.com within 30 days. We will review and respond promptly.
Non-refundable items
Completed services and add-ons already delivered (e.g. expedited delivery already executed) are non-refundable.
